Who will be installing my new windows and doors?

Professional installers, who have had criminal background checks. The installers are paid by the hour and not by piece to insure your investment performs to the high standards you should expect.


How are the installers trained?

On job training as a helper to start, each new installer is assigned to an experienced installer with many years in the field; this experienced installer oversees all decision making and determines how each job will be completed.


What is my warranty protection?

After your install is complete, your warranty becomes effective; you will have five years of warranty on the installation. Energy Master PVC components have a 25-year non-prorated transferable warranty, a 25-year non-prorated transferable warranty on insulated glass units of an Energy Master PVC frame. Your Energy Master product also has transferable manufacture warranty on the hardware. All the warranty will be confirmed by a certificate mailed to you after final payment is received. The certificate will have your home address, so if you decide to sell your home, the new owners will still have the balance of warranty for themselves.

This will boost you homes resale value because it will be one less thing a prospective buyer will have to worry about.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of 30% is request at the time of contract singing. Balance of 70% is due after work is completed to your satisfaction.

Our sales consultants will meet with you to help guide you into making an educated decision for upgrading an extremely important component of your home.


What is the estimating process?

Once you have requested a consultant to meet with you, they will call to schedule an in home visit. The consultants will have cross sections and frame materials available for viewing. Once taking rough measurements of each opening, the consultant will then be able to quote you on the labour and material. This process could take one day or a few days depending on your needs.


How long will the entire process take?

After contract has been signed, we set up a re-measure and inspection of site to insure we are ordering the right product and sizes for you homes needs. Once this has been completed the product is ordered, depending on product chosen this could take 4-8 weeks. This time line will also very on time of year. When you product has come in, we will inspect it for damage and make sure it’s what you requested. Then an install date can be booked.
